Whoever, being an official having the duty to manage or keep any property according to an order of the Court, commits a breach of his duty in any manner in the management or keeping of such property, thereby causing damage to any person, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding seven years or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand Baht, or both.
