ผู้ใดพาผู้อื่นไปหรือหน่วงเหนี่ยวกักขังผู้อื่น เพื่อให้ผู้ถูกพาไปหรือผู้ถูกหน่วงเหนี่ยวถูกกักขังนั้นตกอยู่ใต้อำนาจของบุคคลอื่นนอกราชอาณาจักร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงสิบห้าปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสามแสนบาท
ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคแรกเป็นการกระทำต่อเด็กอายุไม่เกินสิบห้าปี ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

Whoever takes away another person, or confines or detains another person, in order to place the person taken away, confined or detained under the power of another person outside the Kingdom, shall be punished with imprisonment of five to fifteen years and fined of one hundred thousand to three hundred thousand Baht.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of ten to twenty years and fined of two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht, or imprisonment for life.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of ten to twenty years and fined of two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht, or imprisonment for life.
