Whoever, dishonestly, deceives another person by the assertion of a falsehood or the concealment of facts which should be revealed, so that the person deceived disposes of property to oneself or a third person without receiving compensation or by receiving compensation less than the real value, commits fraud and shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years or fined not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
