Whoever helps to conceal, dispose of, take away, purchase, receive in pledge, or otherwise receive any property obtained through the commission of an offence, if such offence constitutes theft, snatching, extortion, blackmail, robbery, gang-robbery, fraud, misappropriation, or official misappropriation, commits the offence of receiving stolen property and shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years or fined not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
