If the offence committed is related to the consumption of alcohol or narcotics, the Court may prescribe conditions to control the conduct of the convicted person by prohibiting the consumption of alcohol or narcotics during imprisonment or after release, for a period not exceeding two years.
If such person violates the conditions, the Court may order restraint in a treatment institution for a period not exceeding two years.
