ผู้ใดพาผู้อื่นไป หรือหน่วงเหนี่ยวกักขังผู้อื่น เพื่อให้ผู้ถูกพาไปหรือถูกหน่วงเหนี่ยวถูกกักขังนั้นต้องกระทำการใดเพื่อสนองความต้องการของผู้กระทำหรือของผู้อื่น ในการค้าแรงงานหรือการค้ามนุษย์ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท
ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคแรกเป็นการกระทำต่อเด็กอายุไม่เกินสิบห้าปี ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต
ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคแรกหรือวรรคสองเป็นเหตุให้ผู้ถูกกระทำรับอันตรายสาหัส ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี
ถ้าเป็นเหตุให้ผู้ถูกกระทำถึงแก่ความตาย ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

Whoever takes away another person, or confines or detains another person, in order to compel such person to perform any act to serve the needs of the offender or another person in the course of labour trafficking or human trafficking, shall be punished with imprisonment of five to twenty years and fined of one hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of ten to twenty years and fined of two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht, or imprisonment for life.
If the offence under paragraph one or paragraph two causes grievous bodily harm, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment of fifteen to twenty years.
If it causes death, the offender shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed against a child not over fifteen years of age, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of ten to twenty years and fined of two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht, or imprisonment for life.
