Whoever, when asked by a competent official acting in the exercise of his or her functions, refuses to give his or her name or address, or gives a false name or address, shall be punished with a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดไม่ยอมบอกชื่อหรือที่อยู่ หรือแกล้งบอกชื่อหรือที่อยู่อันเป็นเท็จแก่เจ้าพนักงานผู้กระทำการตามหน้าที่ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท
Whoever, being informed of the order of a competent official issued in exercise of the power given by law, fails to comply with such order without reasonable cause or excuse, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding ten days or a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดทราบคำสั่งของเจ้าพนักงานซึ่งสั่งการตามอำนาจที่มีกฎหมายให้ไว้ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งนั้นโดยไม่มีเหตุหรือข้อแก้ตัวอันสมควร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบวัน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever does any act which causes an obstruction on a public way or public waterway so that it may be a hindrance or danger to traffic, and does not take reasonable measures to prevent accidents, shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใดๆ ให้ทางสาธารณะ หรือทางน้ำสาธารณะ เกิดข้อกีดขวางจนอาจเป็นอุปสรรคหรืออันตรายแก่การจราจร และไม่จัดการตามสมควรเพื่อป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
Whoever causes a noise or creates a commotion without reasonable cause so as to cause annoyance to the public shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดส่งเสียง ทำให้เกิดเสียง หรือกระทำความอื้ออึงโดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร จนทำให้ประชาชนเดือดร้อนรำคาญ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท
Whoever carries an arm in a city, village, or on a public way openly or without reasonable cause, or carries an arm into any assembly gathered for worship, amusement, or any other purpose, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding ten days or a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดพาอาวุธไปในเมือง หมู่บ้าน หรือทางสาธารณะโดยเปิดเผยหรือโดยไม่มีเหตุสมควร หรือพาอาวุธไปในชุมนุมชนที่ได้จัดให้มีขึ้นเพื่อนมัสการ การรื่นเริง หรือการอื่นใด ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบวัน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever drinks liquor or any other intoxicant until becoming intoxicated and losing self-control, and conducts himself or herself in a disorderly manner in a public place, shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดเสพสุราหรือของมึนเมาอย่างอื่นจนเป็นเหตุให้ตนเมาครองสติไม่ได้ และประพฤติตนส่อเสียดในที่สาธารณะ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
Whoever, having charge of a ferocious or dangerous animal, negligently allows such animal to go at large in such a manner as may cause harm to person or property, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดควบคุมสัตว์ดุหรือสัตว์ร้ายปล่อยปละละเลยให้สัตว์นั้นเที่ยวไปโดยลำพัง ในประการที่อาจทำอันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever unnecessarily incites an animal to attack a person or the property of another, if no harm results to any person or property, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดยุสัตว์ให้ทำร้ายบุคคลหรือทรัพย์ของผู้อื่นโดยไม่จำเป็น ถ้ามิได้เกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever does any shameful act in public by exposing his or her own person or by any other indecent act shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดกระทำการอันควรขายหน้าต่อหน้าธารกำนัลโดยเปลือยหรือเปิดเผยร่างกายหรือกระทำการลามกอย่างอื่น ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
Whoever causes pollution or filth in any well, pond, reservoir, or other water storage maintained by any owner or possessor for the use of the public, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดทำให้ที่ที่น้ำบ่อ สระ และที่ขังน้ำอันมีเจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองรักษาไว้สำหรับประชาชนใช้สอยเกิดมีมลพิษหรือความสกปรก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever does any act which causes pollution in a public water source to the extent that it is harmful to the health of the public shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใดๆ ให้แหล่งน้ำสาธารณะ เกิดมีมลพิษจนเป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพของประชาชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever throws or places the carcass of an animal, which may become putrid and offensive, on or near a public way or in a public place, shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดทิ้งซากสัตว์ซึ่งอาจเน่าเหม็นในหรือริมทางสาธารณะหรือในที่สาธารณะ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
Whoever, being the owner or possessor of a dead animal, fails to properly burn or bury such animal or remove it beyond the area in which the public may be inconvenienced or annoyed, shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองซึ่งสัตว์ที่ตายไม่จัดการเผาหรือฝังสัตว์นั้นตามสมควรหรือให้พ้นเขตที่ที่ประชาชนอาจได้รับความเดือดร้อนรำคาญ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
Whoever builds, places, or maintains a furnace, fireplace, fire, engine, or machinery which may cause danger to person or the property of another person, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดก่อสร้าง ตั้ง หรือรักษาเตา เครื่องไฟ โรงไฟ หรือเครื่องกล หรือเครื่องจักร ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินของบุคคลอื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever commits cruelty to an animal or kills an animal by causing unnecessary suffering shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดทารุณสัตว์หรือฆ่าสัตว์โดยให้ได้รับทุกขเวทนาอันไม่จำเป็น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever fires a gun in a populated area without reasonable cause shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding ten days or a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดยิงปืนในที่ชุมชนโดยใช่เหตุ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบวัน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever, seeing another person in danger of his or her life, where that person could render assistance without apprehension of danger to himself or herself or to others, does not try to render reasonable assistance, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดเมื่อเห็นผู้อื่นตกอยู่ในภยันตรายแห่งชีวิต ซึ่งตนอาจช่วยได้โดยไม่ควรกลัวอันตรายแก่ตนเองหรือผู้อื่น แต่ไม่พยายามช่วยตามสมควร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever commits cheating if the amount defrauded does not exceed one thousand Baht, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดฉ้อโกงคนอื่น ถ้าความผิดนั้นมีจำนวนที่ฉ้อโกงไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever dishonestly takes away the property of another person or in which another person is co-owner, if the value of such property does not exceed one thousand Baht, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดโดยทุจริตเอาไปเสียซึ่งทรัพย์ของผู้อื่นหรือที่ผู้อื่นเป็นเจ้าของรวมอยู่ด้วย ถ้าราคาทรัพย์นั้นไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever damages, destroys, deteriorates, or renders useless the property of another person, if the value of the property or the amount of damage does not exceed one thousand Baht, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ทำให้เสื่อมค่า หรือทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ ซึ่งทรัพย์ของผู้อื่น ถ้าราคาทรัพย์นั้นหรือจำนวนที่ทำให้เสียหายไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever commits misappropriation, if the value of the property does not exceed one thousand Baht, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดยักยอกทรัพย์ ถ้าทรัพย์นั้นมีราคาไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever receives stolen property, if the value of such property does not exceed one thousand Baht, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดรับของโจร ถ้าทรัพย์นั้นมีราคาไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever trespasses upon the immovable property of another person in order to take possession of such immovable property in whole or in part, or enters upon such property to do any act which disturbs the peaceful possession of such immovable property of the other person, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดบุกรุกเข้าไปในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของผู้อื่น เพื่อถือการครอบครองอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้นทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วน หรือเข้าไปกระทำการใดๆ อันเป็นการรบกวนการครอบครองอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของเขาโดยปกติสุข ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever does a negligent act which causes injury to the body or mind of another person shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดกระทำโดยประมาทเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นรับอันตรายแก่กายหรือจิตใจ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever uses force against another person which does not amount to causing injury to body or mind shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดใช้กำลังทำร้ายผู้อื่นโดยไม่ถึงกับเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่กายหรือจิตใจ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever causes another person to be frightened or alarmed by threatening such person shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดทำให้ผู้อื่นเกิดความกลัวหรือความตกใจ โดยการขู่เข็ญ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever insults another person in his or her presence, or by publication, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดดูหมิ่นผู้อื่นซึ่งหน้าหรือด้วยการโฆษณา ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever follows, obstructs, or does any act which amounts to persistent harassment of another person shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht.
ผู้ใดติดตาม ขัดขวาง หรือกระทำด้วยประการใดๆ อันเป็นการรังควานผู้อื่นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
The offences under Section 391, Section 392, Section 393, and Section 394 are compoundable offences.
ความผิดตามมาตรา ๓๙๑ มาตรา ๓๙๒ มาตรา ๓๙๓ และมาตรา ๓๙๔ เป็นความผิดอันยอมความได้
Whoever coerces another person to do or not to do anything, or to accept anything, by using unlawful force or threatening in any manner, if the offence does not amount to extortion, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
ผู้ใดข่มเหงผู้อื่นให้กระทำการใด ไม่กระทำการใด หรือจำต้องยอมรับสิ่งใด โดยใช้กำลังประทุษร้ายหรือขู่เข็ญด้วยประการใดๆ โดยมิชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ถ้าความผิดนั้นไม่เข้าลักษณะเป็นความผิดฐานกรรโชก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Whoever does any act which amounts to bullying, coercion, intimidation, or causing unreasonable annoyance to another person without reasonable cause, shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed in a public place, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one month, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
Note: Sexual harassment provisions formerly addressed under this section are now governed by Sections 284/1 through 284/4 as added by Amendment Act No. 30, B.E. 2568 (2025).
ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใดๆ อันเป็นการรังแก ข่มเหง คุกคาม หรือก่อความเดือดร้อนรำคาญแก่ผู้อื่นอย่างไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่งเป็นการกระทำในที่สาธารณสถาน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
The offences under Section 396 and Section 397 are compoundable offences.
