Whoever carries an arm in a city, village, or on a public way openly or without reasonable cause, or carries an arm into any assembly gathered for worship, amusement, or any other purpose, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding ten days or a fine not exceeding five thousand Baht, or both.
