Whoever enters into the dwelling house, premises for keeping property, or office in the possession of another person without reasonable cause, or refuses to leave such place when requested to do so by the person having the right to prohibit the entry, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one year or fined not exceeding twenty thousand Baht, or both.
