Whoever, being an official having the duty to carry out a judgment or order of the Court, carries out or does not carry out his duty unlawfully in order to help or persecute either party, shall be punished with imprisonment of one to seven years or a fine of twenty thousand to one hundred and forty thousand Baht, or both.
