(๒) โดยมีอาวุธหรือโดยร่วมกระทำความผิดด้วยกันตั้งแต่สองคนขึ้นไป

ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
