Whoever commits fraud by asserting a falsehood to the public or concealing the facts which should be revealed to the public through a computer system or electronic media of a nature accessible to the general public, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years or fined not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
