Whoever, dishonestly, deceives another person by the assertion of a falsehood or the concealment of facts which should be revealed, and by such deception obtains an electronic fund transfer from the person so deceived or a third person into the account of oneself or a third person, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years or fined not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
