Whoever discloses the substance of a letter, telegram or document of another person which is a secret, of which one has become aware by any means mentioned in Section 322, and such disclosure is likely to cause damage to any person, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding six months or fined not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
