In calculating the period of relegation, it shall be counted from the date of the judgment. If there is imprisonment to be undergone before relegation, the imprisonment shall be served first, and relegation shall commence from the day following the date of release from imprisonment.
The provisions of Section 21 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
