Whoever gives false information to an official acting in the execution of his duties, to be recorded in a public document or official document the purpose of which is to be used as evidence, in a manner likely to cause damage to another person or the public, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
