If, after the Court has granted the order under Section 30/1, the person sentenced has sufficient funds to pay the fine, or violates or fails to comply with the conditions prescribed by the Court, the Court may revoke the order and direct the person to pay the fine or be confined in lieu of the fine. In such case, the number of days of community service or work for the public benefit already performed shall be deducted from the amount of the fine, and one day of work shall be deemed equivalent to a fine of two hundred Baht per day.
