Whoever, for the purpose of gratifying the sexual desire of another person, takes away any person or confines or detains any person by the use of deceit, threat, violence, undue influence, or any other means of compulsion, shall be punished with imprisonment of one to ten years and fined of twenty thousand to two hundred thousand Baht.
Whoever, for the purpose of gratifying his or her own sexual desire, takes away any person or confines or detains any person by the use of deceit, threat, violence, undue influence, or any other means of compulsion, shall be punished with imprisonment of one to fifteen years and fined of twenty thousand to three hundred thousand Baht.
Whoever, for the purpose of gratifying his or her own sexual desire, takes away any person or confines or detains any person by the use of deceit, threat, violence, undue influence, or any other means of compulsion, shall be punished with imprisonment of one to fifteen years and fined of twenty thousand to three hundred thousand Baht.
