ผู้ใดนำตัวผู้ถูกคุมขังตามอำนาจของศาล ของพนักงานอัยการ หรือของพนักงานสอบสวน ไปเสียจากความควบคุมของเจ้าพนักงานผู้มีหน้าที่ควบคุม หรือช่วยให้ผู้ถูกคุมขังหลุดพ้นจากการควบคุมดังกล่าว ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Whoever takes a person detained under the authority of the Court, the public prosecutor, or the inquiry official, away from the control of the official having the duty of control, or assists the detained person to escape from such control, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
If the offender is the official having the duty of controlling such detained person, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding seven years or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand Baht, or both.
If the offender is the official having the duty of controlling such detained person, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding seven years or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand Baht, or both.
