Whoever, having been entrusted with the management of the property of another person or the property of which another person is a co-owner, dishonestly commits any act in violation of his duty to the extent of causing damage to the proprietary interest of such person, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years or fined not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
