Whoever enters into the immovable property belonging to another person in order to take possession of such immovable property in whole or in part, or enters to commit any act which disturbs the peaceful possession of such immovable property, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one year or fined not exceeding twenty thousand Baht, or both.
