ผู้ใดกระทำการประทุษร้ายต่อร่างกายหรือเสรีภาพของผู้แทนรัฐต่างประเทศ ซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งให้มาสู่พระราชสำนัก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี
ถ้าการกระทำนั้นเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายสาหัส ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงสิบห้าปี
ถ้าการกระทำนั้นเป็นเหตุให้ถึงแก่ความตาย ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

Whoever does an act of violence against the body or liberty of the representative of a foreign state accredited to the Royal Court shall be punished with imprisonment of one to ten years.
If the act causes grievous bodily harm, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of five to fifteen years.
If the act causes death, the offender shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life.
