Whoever, in order to prevent the creditor of oneself or of another person from receiving payment of debt in whole or in part, which the creditor has exercised or will exercise the right to claim through the Court, removes, conceals, or transfers to another person any property, or pretends to be indebted in any amount which is not true, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding two years or fined not exceeding forty thousand Baht, or both.
