If, according to the law provided later, any punishment is changed to a measure of safety, the punishment already inflicted shall be deemed a measure of safety. For a person who has not yet undergone the punishment or is undergoing it, the Court may order the application of the measure of safety in place of such punishment. In the case where the conditions have changed so as to enable the revocation of the measure of safety, the Court may revoke it.
