Whoever instigates or brings about a strike, lockout, or joint boycott of any person in a manner likely to undermine the security of the State or contrary to public order or good morals, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding seven years or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand Baht, or both.
