If the offense of fraud is committed: (1) by impersonating another person; or (2) by taking advantage of the lack of intelligence of a child or the infirmity of mind of the person deceived, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years or fined not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
