Whoever counterfeits a seal of a Government department, organization, or State agency, a seal or an impression of a seal of an official, or a seal or impression of a seal belonging to a foreign government, shall be punished with imprisonment of one to seven years and a fine of twenty thousand to one hundred and forty thousand Baht.
