Whoever aids or instigates a child not over sixteen years of age, or a person who is unable to understand the nature or significance of such act, or a person who is unable to control his or her own actions, to commit suicide, if such suicide or attempted suicide takes place, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years, or fined not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
