ผู้ใดอายุกว่าสิบห้าปี แต่ต่ำกว่าสิบแปดปี กระทำการอันกฎหมายบัญญัติเป็นความผิด ให้ศาลพิจารณาถึงความรู้สึกผิดชอบและสิ่งอื่นทั้งปวงเกี่ยวกับผู้นั้นเพื่อใช้ดุลพินิจว่า สมควรพิพากษาลงโทษผู้นั้นหรือไม่

Whoever is over fifteen but under eighteen years of age and commits an act provided by law to be an offence, the Court shall consider the sense of responsibility and all other matters relating to such person in order to determine whether it is appropriate to impose a punishment.
If the Court thinks it is not appropriate to impose a punishment, the Court shall proceed in accordance with Section 74.
If the Court thinks it is appropriate to impose a punishment, the scale of punishment provided for such offence shall be reduced by one-half.
