If an offender under Section 312 to Section 315 or a person who conceals another under Section 319 voluntarily returns the person taken away to the original place or to a safe place before the Court of First Instance renders its judgment, and such person has not suffered grievous bodily harm or more, the Court may impose punishment less than that prescribed by law for such offence to any extent.
