ผู้ใดมั่วสุมกันตั้งแต่สิบคนขึ้นไป ใช้กำลังประทุษร้ายหรือกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดให้เกิดการวุ่นวายขึ้นในบ้านเมือง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Whoever assembles together with ten or more persons, and uses force or violence or commits any act causing a disturbance in the country, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding ten thousand Baht, or both.
If any of the offenders carries a weapon, all offenders in such assembly shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding forty thousand Baht, or both.
If the offender is the chief or person having the duty of commanding in the commission of such offence, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
