ผู้ใดวางเพลิงเผาทรัพย์ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) โรงเรือน เรือ หรือแพ ที่คนอยู่อาศัย
(๒) โรงเรือน เรือ หรือแพ อันเป็นที่เก็บหรือทำสินค้า
(๓) โรงมหรสพ หรือสถานที่ประชุม
(๔) โรงเรือนอันเป็นสาธารณสมบัติของแผ่นดิน เป็นสาธารณสถาน หรือเป็นที่สำหรับประกอบพิธีกรรมตามศาสนา
(๕) สถานีรถไฟ ท่าอากาศยาน หรือที่จอดรถหรือเรือ สาธารณะ
(๖) เรือกำปั่น หรือเรือยนต์มีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป
ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต จำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี

Whoever causes fire to any of the following property:
(1) a building, boat, or raft in which people dwell;
(2) a building, boat, or raft used for keeping or manufacturing goods;
(3) a theatre or place of assembly;
(4) a building which is public property, a public place, or a place for performing religious rites;
(5) a railway station, airport, or public parking lot for vehicles or boats;
(6) a ship or motor vessel of five tons or more;
shall be punished with death, imprisonment for life, or imprisonment of five to twenty years.
