Whoever causes danger to a railway train or tram used for public transportation by causing it to derail, or by destroying, damaging, or rendering useless any engine, train, tram, part of a train, tram, track, or signal used for the railway or tramway, shall be punished with imprisonment of five to fifteen years or imprisonment for life.
