ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใดๆ ให้อากาศยานในระหว่างการบินตกอยู่ในอำนาจของตน หรือของบุคคลอื่น โดยมิชอบ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่เจ็ดปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท
ถ้าการกระทำนั้นเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นได้รับอันตรายสาหัส ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี
ถ้าการกระทำนั้นเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นถึงแก่ความตาย ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต

Whoever does any act to bring an aircraft in flight unlawfully under the control of himself or another person shall be punished with imprisonment of seven to twenty years and a fine of one hundred and forty thousand to four hundred thousand Baht.
If such act causes grievous bodily harm to another person, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment of fifteen to twenty years.
If such act causes the death of another person, the offender shall be punished with death.
