Whoever does any act causing water to reach a volume likely to endanger water traffic by destroying, damaging, or altering a waterway, channel, weir, dam, water gate, or any structure built for holding or draining water, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand Baht, or both.
