ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๒๗๖/๒ เป็นเหตุให้ผู้ถูกกระทำ
(๑) รับอันตรายสาหัส ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท
(๒) ถึงแก่ความตาย ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

If the commission of the offence under Section 276/2 causes the victim to:
(1) Suffer grievous bodily harm, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of five to twenty years and fined of one hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Baht;
