ผู้ใดสนับสนุนหรือช่วยเหลือผู้กระทำความผิดฐานก่อการร้ายก่อนหรือขณะกระทำความผิด โดยจัดหาหรือให้เงินหรือทรัพย์สิน จัดหาที่พัก จัดหาที่ซ่อนเร้น หรือกระทำการใดๆ เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้กระทำความผิดฐานก่อการร้ายหลบหนี หรือเพื่อมิให้ผู้กระทำความผิดฐานก่อการร้ายถูกลงโทษ ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับผู้กระทำความผิดฐานก่อการร้าย
ผู้ใดสมคบเพื่อกระทำความผิดฐานก่อการร้าย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สองปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สี่หมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
ถ้าได้มีการกระทำความผิดฐานก่อการร้ายเพราะเหตุที่ได้มีการสมคบกัน ผู้สมคบกันนั้นต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับตัวการในความผิดนั้น

Whoever supports or assists the offender of terrorism before or during the commission of the offence by providing or giving money or property, providing accommodation, providing a hiding place, or committing any act to help the offender of terrorism to escape or to prevent the offender of terrorism from being punished, shall be punished as prescribed for the offence of terrorism.
Whoever conspires to commit the offence of terrorism shall be punished with imprisonment of two to ten years and a fine of forty thousand to two hundred thousand Baht.
If the offence of terrorism has been committed as a result of such conspiracy, the conspirators shall be punished as principals of that offence.
