Whoever is a member of a body of persons whose method of operation is kept secret and whose aim is to commit an unlawful act, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding seven years or a fine not exceeding one hundred and forty thousand Baht, or both.
If the offender is the chief, manager, or person holding a position in such body of persons, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding ten years or a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand Baht, or both.
If the offender is the chief, manager, or person holding a position in such body of persons, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding ten years or a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand Baht, or both.
