Whoever sells goods by deceiving in any manner the buyer into a false belief concerning the origin, condition, quality, or quantity of such goods, if such act does not constitute the offence of cheating and fraud, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years, or fined not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
