Whoever trades in, or possesses for trading, goods which he has fraudulently made or fraudulently altered so as to differ from the genuine article, if such act does not constitute the offence of cheating and fraud, shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years, or fined not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
