Whoever, being over sixteen years of age, derives his or her livelihood, even partially, from the earnings of a person engaged in prostitution, shall be punished with imprisonment of seven to twenty years and fined of one hundred and forty thousand to four hundred thousand Baht, or imprisonment for life.
