(๑) กระทำ ผลิต มีไว้ หรือนำเข้าหรือทำให้แพร่หลายโดยประการใดๆ ซึ่งเอกสาร ภาพเขียน ภาพพิมพ์ ภาพระบายสี สิ่งพิมพ์ รูปภาพ ภาพโฆษณา เครื่องหมาย รูปถ่าย ภาพยนตร์ แถบบันทึกเสียง แถบบันทึกภาพ หรือสิ่งอื่นใดอันลามก
(๒) ประกอบการค้า หรือมีส่วนหรือเข้าเกี่ยวข้องในการค้าเกี่ยวกับวัตถุหรือสิ่งของลามกดังกล่าว จ่ายแจก หรือแสดงอวดแก่ประชาชน หรือให้เช่า
(๓) เพื่อจะช่วยการทำให้แพร่หลาย หรือการค้าวัตถุหรือสิ่งของลามกดังกล่าว โฆษณาหรือไขข่าวโดยประการใดๆ ว่ามีบุคคลกระทำการอันเป็นความผิดตามความในมาตรานี้ หรือโฆษณาหรือไขข่าวว่าวัตถุหรือสิ่งของลามกดังกล่าวจะหาได้จากบุคคลใดหรือโดยวิธีใด
ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

Whoever:
(1) Makes, produces, possesses, or imports, or causes to be distributed by any means whatsoever, any document, drawing, print, painting, printed matter, picture, poster, symbol, photograph, cinematograph film, sound recording, visual recording, or any other obscene object;
(2) Carries on a trade, takes part in, or is involved in the trade of such obscene objects or things, distributes, or exhibits them to the public, or rents them out;
(3) In order to assist in the distribution or trade of such obscene objects or things, advertises or makes known by any means that there is a person committing the offence under this Section, or advertises or makes known that such obscene objects or things can be obtained from any person or by any means;
shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years, or fined not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
