ผู้ใดกระทำการดังต่อไปนี้อันเกี่ยวกับวัตถุหรือสิ่งลามกอนาจารที่เป็นภาพหรือเสียงของเด็กอายุยังไม่เกินสิบแปดปี
(๑) ผลิต มีไว้ นำเข้า หรือทำให้แพร่หลายโดยประการใดๆ
(๒) ส่งต่อ จ่ายแจก หรือแสดงอวดแก่ประชาชน
(๓) ประกอบการค้า หรือมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการค้าซึ่งวัตถุหรือสิ่งลามกอนาจารดังกล่าว
ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามปีถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่หกหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนสี่หมื่นบาท
ถ้าผู้กระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่งกระทำเพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศสำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สี่ปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่แปดหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท

Whoever commits any of the following acts in relation to an obscene object that is an image or sound of a child not over eighteen years of age:
(1) Produces, possesses, imports, or causes it to be distributed by any means;
(2) Forwards, distributes, or exhibits it to the public;
(3) Carries on trade or is involved in the trade of such obscene objects;
shall be punished with imprisonment of three to seven years and fined of sixty thousand to one hundred and forty thousand Baht.
If the offender under paragraph one commits the offence for the purpose of seeking sexual gratification for himself or herself or another person, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment of four to ten years and fined of eighty thousand to two hundred thousand Baht.
