Whoever commits sexual harassment against another person by words, gestures, communications, obscene material, or by any other means shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding one year, or fined not exceeding twenty thousand Baht, or both.
If the offence under paragraph one is a repeated offence, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding two years, or fined not exceeding forty thousand Baht, or both.
If the offence under paragraph one is committed by dissemination to the public or through a computer system, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years, or fined not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.

Created by Act No. 30 (B.E. 2568), gazetted 28 January 2025. This is part of a comprehensive package including Sections 284/1-284/4 establishing a tiered penalty framework for sexual harassment.
Basic sexual harassment: up to 1 year/20,000 Baht. Public or online harassment: up to 3 years/60,000 Baht. Against children under 15: up to 5 years/100,000 Baht.
