When there is a reasonable cause to believe that any person will cause harm or danger to other persons or the property of others, the Court may order such person to execute a bond in an amount not exceeding five thousand Baht for a period not exceeding two years.
If such person refuses to execute the bond, the Court may order confinement until the bond is executed, but not exceeding six months, or the Court may order prohibition from entering a specified area instead.
The provisions of the first paragraph shall not apply to a person under eighteen years of age.
